feat: 集成阿里云OSS SDK以实现文件下载功能

此次提交引入了阿里云OSS SDK,用于从阿里云OSS存储桶中下载文件。主要修改包括:
1. 在packages.config和CheckDownload.csproj中添加了阿里云OSS SDK的依赖。
2. 在Form1.cs中重构了文件下载逻辑,使用阿里云OSS SDK替代原有的HTTP下载方式。
3. 移除了原有的DNS查询和本地HTTP服务器依赖,简化了文件获取流程。
4. 优化了文件校验和保存的逻辑,确保下载文件的完整性和正确性。
